A state government official said that President Ram Nath Kovind will be on a four-day visit to Himachal Pradesh from Thursday, and during his visit he will address a special session of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly and will be chief guest at the Valedictory Ceremony of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service at the National Academy of Audit and Accounts at Shimla.
President Ram Nath Kovind will address the Himachal Assembly at 11 am on September 17. 93 MLAs and 11 MPs will be the part of this history historic event in Himachal Pradesh. RTPCR test will be done for 96 employees of the assembly who may come in contact with the President, and every best possible steps are being taken during this visit in view of following the Covid-19 protocols
