In a proactive move, the Haryana government has established a dedicated NRI grievance redressal cell to efficiently address the concerns and complaints of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), particularly those hailing from Haryana. This centralized center, located at the Haryana civil secretariat, serves as a one-stop solution to streamline the resolution of issues faced by NRIs.

The state’s commitment to enhancing the grievance redressal system is further emphasized by recent developments discussed in our articles. At the forefront is the state government’s efforts to reinforce the grievance redressal system, including the establishment of an appellate authority, as highlighted during the Dharani committee’s inaugural meeting. The committee, engaging with district collectors, delved into the challenges they encounter in resolving grievances and plans to submit an interim report following discussions with various departments.

These recent developments underscore the state government’s commitment to effective governance and responsiveness, both locally and on an international scale, as it addresses grievances, strengthens systems, and supports the aspirations of talented individuals like Tanvi Lathwal.
