Prince Harry Aims To Change Public Image, No Plans To Rejoin Royal Life

Despite ongoing rumors, Prince Harry has no intention of returning to royal duties. Close friends of the Duke of Sussex have debunked claims from a recent report suggesting that Harry was inquiring about a part-time royal role. A source quoted by the Daily Mail indicated, “There is a real chance Harry could even carry out very low-key royal duties again one day.” However, those close to Harry insist he is content with his life in the United States.

Harry’s Life in the US

Since stepping back from royal responsibilities, Prince Harry has been living in California with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children. Friends and sources familiar with the couple say that the 39-year-old is happy and focused on building a new life away from the royal spotlight. Contrary to the rumors, Harry is reportedly not interested in resuming royal duties, even part-time.

Mission to Change Public Image

British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard shared insights on Harry’s concerns about his public image. She told Fox News, “Prince Harry has studied all the articles written about him and is on a mission to change public perception in the UK.” According to Chard, Harry hopes to shift from being viewed negatively to being seen in a more positive light.

No Return to Royal Life

Despite his efforts to change his public image, royal commentators like Richard Fitzwilliams believe Harry is unlikely to return to royal life. Fitzwilliams explained that the royal family does not trust him, and Harry is more likely to focus on “quasi-royal” roles, particularly overseas tours that have proven successful. His future, according to many experts, lies in the US, not the UK.

In light of this, Harry is focused on turning his image around while continuing to build his and Meghan’s brand through projects such as Meghan’s upcoming Netflix program, which is pivotal for the couple as their contract with the streaming service is set to expire next year.
