Iranian Guards Claim Attack On Israel Is Retaliation For Nasrallah’s Killing

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards stated that a missile attack on Israel on Tuesday was launched in retaliation for the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah last week, along with the Hamas leader.

“In response to the martyrdom of (Hamas leader) Ismail Haniyeh, Hassan Nasrallah and (Guards commander) Nilforoshan, we targeted the heart of the occupied territories (Israel),” the Guards said in a statement, as reported by Fars news agency.
