UP Warriorz have retained only one player, promising young batter Shweta Sehrawat (₹50 lakh), an uncapped Indian talent.
In retaining Sehrawat, the franchise clearly prioritises youth and potential over established stars-a refreshing but ambitious directional shift.
The UP Warriorz have let go of several experienced internationals and senior domestic players, including Deepti Sharma, in a surprise move considering her performances lately.
