Dana White Shuts Down Conor McGregor’s Return on White House Card
Speaking to the media after the UFC 320 card, Dana White addressed Conor McGregor’s anticipated return to the UFC. He told reporters that the talks for the fight for the highly discussed UFC White House Card have not begun at the moment. He mentioned that the company is currently planning the production for the card, and fight negotiations will not begin until February. Dana White acknowledged McGregor’s excitement for his return on the UFC White House Card, but cleared the air on the fight’s status.
Following the UFC 320 Card, the former double champ took to his X (Formerly Twitter) account to share his current state of mind with his followers. In his post, the UFC star wrote, “I am motivated beyond belief, now discipline.”

Dana White Talks Alex Pereira’s Heavyweight Fight
Along with other questions regarding the thrilling fight card, the press also asked the UFC President about Alex Pereira’s move to Heavyweight. Dana responded by sharing a story from the lead-up to the fight day. He talked about meeting the Brazilian fighter at the UFC Performance Institute, ahead of his UFC 320 title fight. Sharing with the press, he said that Pereira, who was preparing for his rematch at the time, expressed his wish to fight at heavyweight. In his response, White delayed his request, asking the now Light Heavyweight Champion to focus on his upcoming fight.
When asked about his stance on Pereira’s persistence in fighting at heavyweight, White responded by expressing his concern with the move. He pointed at Pereira’s former status as a middleweight fighter and how his move to heavyweight seems excessive. Although he did not shut it down completely, he has expressed his reservations about Alex Pereira’s Heavyweight Fight.
