The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially released the event song of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, called ‘Bring It Home’. Performed by renowned Indian playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, the song is an energetic blend of rhythm, melody, and emotion crafted to bring all fans together and hail women’s cricket from across the globe.

The catchy hooks, such as “Tarikita Tarikita Tarikita Dhom” and the heartbeat-themed “Dhak Dhak, we bring it home”, capture the passion, grit, and aspirations of each woman cricketer as they set foot on the international platform.

Lyrics Commend Tenacity and Solidarity

The words of ‘Bring It Home’ exhibit determination, solidarity, and drive, illustrating the path of women athletes. Couplets such as “Patthar pighlana hai, Ek naya itihas banana hai” (We have to melt stones and forge a new history) illustrate the indomitable spirit and determination required to surpass.

  • Holkar Stadium, Indore
  • ACA-VDCA Stadium, Visakhapatnam
  • R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo, Sri Lanka
