The last solar eclipse of 2025 will be visible on September 21 a major astronomical phenomenon. As per the Indian Standard Time (IST) the eclipse will start during the initial hours and culminate exactly at 1:13 AM.   • Eat healthy food and maintain your normal meal routine. Skipping meals on the basis of superstition is unhealthy during pregnancy.
