Samsung is all set to unveil the Galaxy S25 FE on September 4 at its global Galaxy event. The new device is expected to be the main attraction, alongside the debut of the Galaxy Tab S11 series. The company is betting big on its “Fan Edition” model to draw attention away from Apple’s iPhone 17 launch on September 9.
Galaxy S25 FE: The Star of the Event
The Galaxy S25 FE will be the highlight of the event. Samsung intends to market it as a high-end phone with competitive pricing. According to reports, it will include a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Exynoz 2400 CPU with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM will power it.
The S25 FE is also expected to house a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor. A 4,900mAh battery will power the device, supported by 45W wired and 25W wireless fast charging. These specs place it as a strong rival to Apple’s iPhone 17, making this launch a key moment for Samsung.

Galaxy Tab S11 Series to Launch Alongside
Samsung will also introduce the Galaxy Tab S11 series at the same event. The lineup may include the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra. Both models are rumored to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. Unlike earlier releases, Samsung might skip a Plus version this year.
Event Date, Time, & How to Watch?
The Galaxy event will stream online on September 4 at 5:30 am ET (3:00 pm IST). Fans can watch it live through Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel. The company says the event will focus on “delivering a seamless mobile experience across more devices,” which hints at AI-powered integration between phones, tablets, and wearables.
Pre-Order Benefits & Customer Offers
Samsung is also offering special deals for early buyers. Customers who pre-order a new Galaxy Tab model via Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app will receive a $50 (about Rs. 4,400) credit. This can be used to buy other Galaxy products like smartphones, earbuds, watches, and accessories.

The company is also offering savings of up to $950 (around Rs. 83,000) on the latest Galaxy tablets. These savings come from trade-in credits and free storage upgrades.
Samsung vs Apple: Battle in September
The timing of Samsung’s event is no accident. With Apple’s iPhone 17 launch just days later, Samsung wants the Galaxy S25 FE to steal some attention. The FE model has always been popular for offering flagship-like features at a more affordable price.
If Samsung gets its pricing right, the S25 FE could emerge as the key challenger to Apple in September’s tech battle.
