Both models possess very powerful processors on board the Galaxy S24 Ultra is powered by an AI-efficient and gaming-aden Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and the S25 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite which offers slightly better performance along with power efficiency.
The RAM on both devices is 12GB, storage up to 512GB provides the smooth operating environment for multitasking for memory hungry users. Battery wise, both scores equally at 5000mAh, with the S25 Ultra offering the upper edge with fast 45W wired charging.
