Samsung is officially set to host another Galaxy Unpacked event on September 4, 2025, and this time, the event will be held entirely virtually. Fans can watch the livestream on Samsung’s YouTube channel and official website starting at 5:30 a.m. EST.

The announcement comes just before the IFA 2025 tech conference in Berlin, where several major consumer tech launches usually happen.

Samsung Galaxy Event: Focus on New Galaxy Tablets

Samsung’s event invite hints at a new Galaxy Tab. Customers can already “reserve” it, but Samsung has not revealed details about its features. Reports suggest Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra.

Leaks from Notebookcheck claim the Galaxy Tab S11 will feature an AMOLED display, 12GB RAM, and a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip instead of Samsung’s usual Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. The larger Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra may come with up to 16GB RAM, a bigger AMOLED screen, the same MediaTek chip, and a massive 11,600mAh battery.

Samsung already launched the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite earlier this week, which adds to the speculation that more tablets will debut at Unpacked.

Samsung Galaxy Event: Galaxy S25 FE Could Arrive

Samsung typically unveils Fan Edition (FE) devices in the fall, and this year could be no different. Many expect the company to launch the Galaxy S25 FE, a budget-friendly version of the Galaxy S25.

According to SamMobile leaks, the S25 FE will share several features with the S24 FE but with some upgrades. These include a better 12MP selfie camera (up from 10MP on the S24 FE), a larger 4,900mAh battery, and faster wired charging speeds.

New Galaxy Buds and Possible Surprises

Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy Buds 3 FE, a $150 option compared to the $250 Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. This hints that more affordable products could also appear during the September event.

There is also speculation about Samsung’s first tri-fold foldable phone. The company mentioned it during a recent earnings call. However, major product launches like foldables are usually revealed at in-person events. That makes it less likely to debut during this livestream.

What’s Next for Samsung?

The September Unpacked event is likely not Samsung’s final launch of the year. The company is also working on its Project Moohan Android XR headset, expected in 2025, along with the long-awaited tri-fold phone.

For now, all eyes are on September 4, when Samsung reveals its next lineup of Galaxy devices. Fans will need to tune in early to see what’s coming next.
