The world's debut of the newest Oppo tablet is going to be a striking tablet having flagship features, modern looks and robust hardware that are designed for user productivity as well as multimedia. The Pad 5, which will be introduced the new Oppo Find X9 series smartphones in mid-October.
The global launch is on October 16, 2025, as officially declared by Oppo. The Worldwide promotion for the Oppo Pad 5 was conducted through the brand's Weibo account, alongside promotional material for the upcoming FindX9 series. Teaser footage shared by the company displays a partly painted front design of the tablet and describing thin bezels with a large immersive display. The Features of the upcoming ColorOS 16 build on Android 16 include multitasking tools, gesture support and app-switching.

The current prices are not confirmed yet rumour has it that Oppo Pad 5 will be priced competitively to take on other flagship tablets based on internal configurations and past pricing trends by Oppo, the tablet is expected to be priced between Rs. 32,000 to Rs 38,000 in India for the base variant. The Premium configurations with higher RAM and storage variants might see a price upwards of Rs. 50,000.
The Oppo Pad 5 will use a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor with up to 16GB of RAM depending on the model, according to a few recent listings on Geekbench. The benchmarks indicate excellent performance ratings, scoring 2673 in single-core and 7839 in multi-core.
The tablet is expected to house a massive 10300 mAh battery with 67W fast charging, making it one of the better-performing options in its segment. This will ensure that it remains one of the lightest 12-inch tablets and weighing only 579 grams despite the large battery.
Oppo Pad 5 with a 12.1-inch 3K+ LCD display offering a 144Hz refresh rate smooth for visuals and gaming. The storage offered could include 128GB, 256GB and 512GB with RAM configuration from 8GB to 16GB. The tablet is said to have an 8MP rear camera and come in grey, purple and silver color options.
It will run on ColorOS 16 with advanced productivity features such as multi-screen interaction and app continuity. The Oppo Pad 5 to be a high-end tablet that fuses entertainment with multitasking.
