SEOUL, Feb 11 (Reuters) – OpenAI, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are preparing to start construction of data centres in South Korea in March, Science Minister Bae Kyung-hoon said at a parliamentary hearing on Wednesday in Seoul.
