UK-based tech company Nothing has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of the Nothing Phone 3a Lite — a more affordable version of its popular Phone 3a series. The device joins the existing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro, bringing the signature transparent design and Glyph interface to a broader audience.
The Phone 3a Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor and runs on NothingOS 3.5, based on Android 15. While the smartphone has gone on sale in select global markets, Nothing has not yet confirmed its India launch date or price.
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite has been launched in Europe and the UK, with sales already live. It was officially unveiled on October 29, 2025, and is available for purchase through Nothing’s online store and select retail partners.
The company has not yet announced the India launch date, but sources suggest it could debut in December 2025 or early 2026, following the trend of previous Nothing devices that reached India shortly after their global debut.
In Europe, the Phone 3a Lite starts at €249 (approx. ₹25,600) for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 256GB model costs €279 (approx. ₹28,700).
In the UK, the prices are £249 (approx. ₹29,000) and £279 (approx. ₹32,500) respectively.
The device is now available via Nothing’s official website and partner retailers like Amazon UK and Carphone Warehouse.
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite introduces a simplified Glyph Light, a fresh take on Nothing’s signature LED design. Instead of multiple LED strips, the Lite version has a single LED bulb that retains core Glyph functions — including notifications, camera countdowns, and custom light alerts for calls and messages.
The transparent rear design maintains Nothing’s signature aesthetic, offering a minimalist yet distinctive look.
The new Nothing Phone 3a Lite features a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak HDR brightness. The screen promises smooth scrolling, vivid visuals, and great visibility outdoors.
It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging and comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
The phone features a triple rear camera setup — a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lens. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera designed for clear portraits and video calls.
It runs on NothingOS 3.5 (Android 15) and introduces AI-powered features such as Essential Space, Smart Drawer, Private Space, and App Locker.
Nothing promises three years of major Android updates and six years of security patches, with Android 16-based NothingOS 4 coming in early 2026.
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite targets users who love Nothing’s transparent aesthetic and clean software but want a more budget-friendly model. With its sleek design, smart AI tools, and long battery life, it’s positioned as one of the most stylish mid-range phones of 2025.
