Motorola has launched the Moto G57 Power 5G in India. The new budget smartphone focuses on long battery life, strong performance, and a feature-rich camera system. With a huge 7,000mAh battery and a Sony LYT-600 sensor, the device targets heavy users, gamers, and value-conscious buyers.
Motorola has priced the Moto G57 Power 5G at Rs. 14,999 for the lone 8GB + 128GB variant. As part of an introductory offer, the company will sell it at Rs. 12,999. This price includes a bank offer and a special launch discount.
The smartphone will go on sale on December 3 at noon. It will be available via Flipkart, the Motorola India website, and offline retail stores. Motorola will offer the model in Pantone Regatta, Pantone Fluidity, and Pantone Corsair colour options.

The Moto G57 Power features a 6.72-inch Full-HD+ LCD display. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,050 nits peak brightness. Motorola has added Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for protection and Smart Water Touch 2.0, which helps the display respond even when wet.
The phone weighs 210.6g and measures 166.23 x 76.50 x 8.60mm. Motorola continues its minimalist and clean design approach for this model.
The phone runs Android 16 out of the box. It uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process. The CPU includes four performance cores clocked at up to 2.4GHz and four efficiency cores at up to 1.8GHz.
Motorola pairs the processor with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage. The company promises smooth multitasking and dependable 5G performance for daily use.
The Moto G57 Power comes with a triple rear camera setup. The main camera uses a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. It also includes an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 119.5-degree field of view and a two-in-one Light sensor.
On the front, the phone carries an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The device can shoot up to 2K videos at 60fps.
Motorola also adds AI-powered camera tools such as Shot Optimisation, Auto Smile Capture, Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, Reimagine Auto Frame, Portrait Blur, Portrait Light, Sky, Colour Pop, and Cinematic Photos. It also supports Google Lens for instant visual search.
The phone stands out for its massive 7,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Motorola claims the phone can easily last more than a day for heavy users.
Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou. The device also offers essential sensors and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Moto G57 Power signals Motorola’s push toward the “long-battery phones” trend in India. With battery life becoming a major buying factor for young users and gig-economy workers, brands are now racing to bring 6,000mAh and 7,000mAh devices to the mainstream. Motorola aims to lead this shift with the G57 Power.
