iQOO 15 Launch Date Revealed, To Come In Four Colours, Unique Design
iQOO is ready to launch its most powerful smartphone yet — the iQOO 15. The company has officially confirmed that the device will come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, ending all rumours about its core hardware.
The global launch is expected to take place in October 2025, while the India launch is likely between November 15–25, 2025. Experts believe that iQOO wants to push the limits of gaming and performance, making the iQOO 15 a tough competitor to upcoming flagships from OnePlus and Samsung.
The global launch of the iQOO 15 is expected in October 2025, followed by its launch in India in mid-November. According to leaks, the starting price in India could be around Rs 59,999, putting it in direct competition with top premium flagships, such as the OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15, and Samsung Galaxy S25.
Leaks suggest that the iQOO 15 will have a marble-like textured design with a brand-new Lingyun colour option, giving it a unique and stylish appearance. The phone is also said to feature a metallic marble frame with flat edges and an RGB light strip, showing that it is built with gamers in mind.
The device may include a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother visuals and better touch response during gaming. It might also feature an AR anti-glare coating, improving visibility under sunlight.
Besides the Lingyun finish, red and silver variants are also expected. These new colour choices could appeal to users who want both performance and premium looks in their smartphone.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor is already confirmed for the iQOO 15. It will be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring blazing-fast performance for gaming, app switching, and multitasking.
To power all this, the iQOO 15 is rumoured to feature a massive 7000mAh battery. The device may also support 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging, which could make it one of the fastest-charging flagship phones of 2025. Users can expect to go from 0 to 100% in just minutes.
On the camera front, the iQOO 15 is expected to feature a triple 50MP setup, including a periscope telephoto lens for better zoom and detailed shots. The brand seems to be focusing on improved clarity, colour accuracy, and low-light photography this time around. The smartphone is likely to run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, offering a clean and smooth software experience with improved customization options.
For gamers, iQOO is adding exclusive features such as a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, an enhanced x-axis vibration motor, and even satellite connectivity for improved performance and stable gameplay.
With the iQOO 15, the company is making a strong move towards becoming the go-to brand for gaming smartphones. The mix of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a dedicated gaming processor, and a 7000mAh high-capacity battery shows iQOO’s focus on speed, stability, and long-lasting performance.
If all the leaks turn out to be true, the iQOO 15 could become one of 2025’s most powerful and performance-driven phones, offering a perfect balance between design, battery life, and gaming power.
