HMD Global has launched the HMD Touch 4G for the Indian audience which is claimed to be the very first hybrid phone in the nation. The idea behind this device is to introduce features phones that would supplement essential smartphone functions. This latest phone aims to give users the benefit of a hybrid phone by using the touchscreen features with old phone ingredients.
HMD Touch 4G would sell at Rs. 3,999 and it's a single variant model with specifications available in 64MB RAM and 128MB graphics internal storage. Easily available in two attractive shades of Cyan and Dark Blue the model is currently available for purchase online through HMD India's official website while plans are underway for its access to major e-commerce sites and a few offline retail stores.

A 3.2-inch QVGA touchscreen has been fitted to seamlessly replace even lighter 2.5D curved glass. The hardware is driven by the Unisoc T127 chipset, supported by an impoverished 64MB RAM and a measly 128MB storage space that can be externally expanded to up to 32GB through a microSD card. It is compatible with two nano SIM cards providing flexibility for connectivity.
Running on an S30+ Touch platform, the phone carries a bunch of cloud apps that can deliver cricket scores, news, the weather and play games like Tetris and Sudoku via streaming online and gives a snapshot status update. A simple 2-megapixel rear camera, with a convenient LED flash, would provide photography capability while a VGA front camera was installed for selfies and video calls.

One of the interesting features embedded within your device is the quick-call button also known as the ICE (In Case of Emergency) key for quick access to emergency contacts through customizable shortcuts. The Express Chat application also enables users to seamlessly communicate through text or video calls with other smartphone users using Android and iOS platforms.
HMD Touch 4G Connectivity capabilities belong to 4G LTE CPE, VoLTE GB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and Beidou systems-The 4G mobile also includes a Type-C charging port and supports a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack to appeal more to individual user's needs. It would entertain users through wired and non-wired FM radio and an MP3 player.
This phone comes equipped with a removable battery of 2000mAh, which could last 30 hours usage after a full charge. It has a basic dust and splash resistance courtesy of its IP52 rating. Quite compact and lightweight the device will measure just above 102mm in height and weigh a mere 100 grams making it ideal for carrying around without any hassle.
