India's largest online shopping App Flipkart's Big Billion Days is all set to kick off on September 23, 2025, and the technology ecosystem is abuzz. The biggest takeaway is Apple's newest iPhone 16 series is all set to get one of the biggest price cuts ever on the platform.
The regular iPhone 16 will be priced at a Rs. 51,999 from the prevailing listing price of Rs. 74,900 a straight reduction of Rs. 22,901. Apple has already revised the official retail price to Rs. 69,900 but Flipkart's deal goes one step further.
For those willing to pay a higher price the iPhone 16 Pro will be priced at Rs. 69,999 with a deep cut from its original launch price of Rs. 1,19,900. The iPhone 16 Pro Max is also likely to come down to Rs. 89,999 from Rs. 1,44,900 presenting a possible saving of Rs. 54,901 particularly when bank and exchange offers are factored in. The older iPhone 14 will come down to Rs. 39,999 which should be perfect for price-sensitive Apple enthusiasts.
Google Pixel 9 which was originally priced at Rs. 79,999 will be up for grabs at a staggering Rs. 34,999 after discounts and exchange offers. This is one of the most dramatic price cuts on a Google flagship in recent times.
Its high-end variant the Pixel 9 Pro XL will also be discounted to Rs. 84,999 cutting almost Rs. 40,000 from its original price. With stock Android software and industry leading cameras, Pixel's appeal for tech aficionados continues this time with an astronomically lower price.

Samsung fans will be delighted with the Galaxy S24 which comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 going down to less than Rs. 40,000 in the sale. Its original price of Rs. 74,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant this cut makes the S24 a strong player in the mid-premium market. Sources indicate that this is going to be one of the top-selling Android smartphones in the season provided the stock holds.
This year's Big Billion Days sale is poised to be a blockbuster for buyers of flagship smartphones.
