Several Canon sources have finally confirmed the date for the highly anticipated EOS R6 Mark III. According to sources, the camera will officially be announced on November 6, 2025. Alongside it, Canon will also unveil the RF 45mm f/1.2 STM lens. This will be the only lens released on that day, with three more lenses expected later in November.

Alongside the R6 Mark III, Canon will release the RF 45mm f/1.2 STM lens on November 6. The lens price is set at €599, with additional lenses expected later in November.

Canon enthusiasts can expect the EOS R6 Mark III and RF 45mm f/1.2 STM lens to redefine mirrorless photography standards. With high frame rates, strong ISO performance, and advanced autofocus, the new camera is poised to impress both photographers and videographers.
While NDA expiration dates caused some initial confusion, the confirmed November 6 announcement brings clarity. Fans will also want to keep an eye out for additional lenses and products expected later in November.
