Samsung has been estimated to drop its unique S-Pen on its premium phone, the Galaxy S Ultra series, since last year. However, year after year, the South Korean giant releases a more polished version of the stylus, with its use becoming easier. As part of initial leaks, the Galaxy S26 Ultra was also rumored to ditch the stylus off the phone in a bid to make it thinner; however, fresh reports indicate that it's happening after all. Apparently, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra S-Pen is going to have a reengineered build that will align with the phone's curved design. So if you've had your eyes on the phone, here's what you can anticipate from the stylus.
A tipster who goes by the name PhoneArt on X (formerly Twitter) has shared a post revealing the redesigned S Pen for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G. While the image does not reveal the entire design, it showcases the top of the S-Pen, which is more curvy than flat. The S-Pen top design aligns with the rumored curvy edges of the phone itself. Well, no big difference from the existing model, but the S-Pen users might get some relief as it is continuing this year as well. But we are not aware of the design and its release, as we still have a couple of months left before the official announcement.
Apart from the S-Pen revamp, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is also rumored to receive design upgrades. A sleek, thinner profile and fresh camera that will surely completely transform the overall aesthetic and feel of the flagship.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G would reportedly be driven by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, delivering enhanced performance. The device is also said to feature up to 16 GB of RAM, which might provide effective performance. The phone is also expected to come with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen, said to be brighter and more energy-efficient. Finally, it could also feature a similar 200MP primary camera, 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5G is expected to launch in mid-January 2026, aligning with Samsung’s traditional launch schedule for its Galaxy S series. Pricing is expected to start at approximately ₹159,990 for the 16GB RAM variant in India.
