Rinku Singh is an Indian politician representing the Valmiki Nagar constituency in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. He first contested as an Independent in 2015 but later joined the Janata Dal-United party and won again in 2020, re-establishing his political prominence in the area.

Singh has movable and immovable assets including real estate in Valmiki Nagar, West Champaran, agricultural land and residential holdings totaling over Rs. 4 crore.
His official address is Tanki Bazar, Ward No. 3, Post and P.S. Valmikinagar, District West Champaran, Bihar – 845107 and is used as a base for his constituency related work.
He represents Valmiki Nagar is a border constituency with Nepal an area of great ecological variety but also with socio-economic problems. Singh's focus has been on improving connectivity, education and healthcare in the area.
He is a senior JD-U leader and MLA who has been working in tandem with the state leadership on development policies and on regional coordination in northern Bihar.
