Noida: Greater Noida Police have issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against Nirmal Singh, builder of Lotus Green, following the death of 27-year-old software engineer Yuvraj Mehta. Police action came after Singh’s role emerged during the investigation. Teams have been tasked with tracing him to initiate further legal proceedings.

On Thursday, two individuals linked to Lotus Green, Ravi Bansal and Sachin Karanwal, were arrested in connection with Mehta’s death. The tragedy occurred on the night of January 16-17, when Mehta’s car plunged into a water-filled pit in Sector 150.

The National Disaster Response Force inspected the site as the National Green Tribunal took suo motu cognisance, seeking responses from state and local authorities over alleged environmental violations and prolonged inaction.
