Mewing can be done in many ways to perform mewing place your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, lightly brush your teeth against it, and breathe through your nose. Believers think that, over a period, this posture can make facial structure better, straighten teeth, and develop a defined jawline.

For young people, the goal of achieving a defined, sharp jawline without the need for expensive procedures or surgery is getting trendy.
