New Delhi: The prestigious Daulat Ram College of University of Delhi celebrated 77th Republic Day of our nation today. The chief guest of the Republic Day program was renowned jurist, senior advocate, and President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Dr. Vikas Singh.
In his address, he said, “The true spirit of democracy is inherent in our Constitution.”
The Constitution shapes the nation’s core ideals and objectives.
Justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity are its fundamental pillars. While the Constitution safeguards our fundamental rights, it also evaluates and emphasizes our duties.”
On the occasion of the Republic Day celebrations, students presented vibrant cultural programs.
“Alaiya” enthralled the audience with their melodious music performance. The event was attended by the College’s Vice-principal Prof. Preeti Malhotra, Prof. Padmashree Mudgal, Program Convenor Dr. Pooja Khanna, NCC Officer Dr. Suparna Jain, and several others.
