Every day, more and more people are visiting the Kashi Vishwanath temple. For darshan, thousands of devotees go from Uttar Pradesh and other regions. In light of this, the government and temple management are also providing devotees with access to a health center.
For medical care up until now, devotees had to travel to other health facilities. First aid is now available to devotees at the health center close to the temple grounds. Adjacent to Kashi Vishwanath Temple Gate No. 4 is the newly opened Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham Health Centre. In the event that followers become unwell, there is a facility that allows them to be transported by ambulance to large hospitals.
Medical care is available to devotees at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham Health Centre around-the-clock. “If the health of any devotee deteriorates, immediate medical care is being provided. Till now, 2000 people have visited this health centre,” Sunil Verma, Chief Executive Officer, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Varanasi, said. Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham Health Centre will soon be open 24 hours for the devotees.
