A grievance resolution camp was held, on Wednesday, at the Municipal Corporation Panchkula office in Sector-4 and at the Kalka Municipal Council. Citizens raised six issues with officials during the camp, of which four were resolved on the spot.

Four complaints related to property IDs were resolved immediately. Sector-9 resident Somanath submitted a complaint regarding a refund of garbage charges. Ashish from Sector-7 requested an NDC, while Anil Kumar from Sector-4 sought a new property ID. Sunita Rani and Sector-25 resident Hari Om Bhardwaj requested corrections in the name, area, and mobile number on their property IDs. He also mentioned that a complaint received at the Kalka Municipal Council was forwarded to the concerned officer for resolution. He informed that a resolution camp will be held every working day from 9 AM to 11 AM at the Municipal Corporation office in Sector-4, where citizens’ issues and complaints will be addressed promptly.
He urged residents to bring their municipal-related complaints and issues during this time.
