Assembly election in Gujarat is slated for next month and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief J.P. Nadda slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and called him anti-Gujarati on Wednesday.

BJP Chief took a jibe at Rahul Gandhi as activist Medha Patkar, joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Maharashtra. Activist Patkar spearheaded the Narmada Bachao Aandolan to prevent the displacement of locals due to the water of the Dam.

“I believe that Gujarat will break records this time. Gujarat has developed and emerged in many fields this is the reason why people will vote for us again. Medha Patkar has always taken a stand for anti-development. Rahul Gandhi standing next to her means he is also anti-Gujarati,” Nadda said.

Meanwhile, talking about jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain, Nadda said, “Manish Sisodia should be ashamed that in the name of illness Satyendra Jain is getting massages from a rapist. Why cannot he get bail till now? Are there not enough lawyers? He is in jail for a serious matter which is why it is getting difficult for him to get bail.”

After the footage of the minister Satyendar Jain went viral of receiving an oil massage BJP is constantly targeting Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

Moreover, the Assembly election in Gujarat will be held on 1 December and 5 December and votes will be counted on 8 December.

However, for 27 years BJP party is in the power and Narendra Modi is the longest-serving chief minister of the state. In 2017 BJP won 99 seats out of 182 seats.
