Two Canada based terrorists and smugglers Lakhbir Singh, Alias Landa, are being interrogated. Investigation is being held to find the trace of racket operating from Madhya Pradesh.
On Monday, Punjab Police managed to bust an inter-state smuggling racket. Two Canada based operatives of the same were arrested.
From those operatives, Punjab Police recovered six sophisticated pistols alongside magazines and ammunition. This information was received from Director General Of Police, Gaurav Yadav.
“In an intelligence-based operation, Punjab Police busted an inter-state weapon smuggling module and apprehended 2 operatives of foreign-based terrorist Lakhbir @ Landa and recovered six sophisticated pistols along with magazines and ammunition,” Yadav posted on X.

According to him, the case has been registered. The case was registered in link with the State Special Operation Cell Amritsar. Gaurav stated, the main focus of the investigation is to find out the backward and forward links of the module and to drag further involved operators and smugglers behind the bars. He further said a strict action will be taken against involved individuals.
