The National Commission of Women issued a summons to Delhi’s chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s former PS Bibhav Kumar this Friday over an alleged assault of Swati Maliwal.
Further, 3 senior police officer also reached maliwal’s house to record her statement.
According to NCW letter, it said, “The National Commission for Women had taken suo moto cognizance of the media post captioned ‘DCW chief Swati Maliwal accuses Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary of assaulting her’, wherein was reported that Ms. Swati Mailwal. Rajya Sabha MP and former DCW chief has alleged that the Pvt. Secretary of Shri Arvind Kejriwal had brutally assaulted her at CM’s residence.”

The hearing of this case will take place on May 17, 11 am on Friday. Kejriwal Former PS is asked to be physically present in this matter.
What Has Happened So Far?
It is recently alleged, that Arvind Kejriwal’s Aide PS Bibhav Kumar assaulted Former DCW chairperson and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal at CMs residence.
At the start, the Aam Aadmi party remained silent on the matter. But later, another Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh announced, that they have noted the incident and will take tough action on this matter.
But Arvind Kejriwal has so far, refrained from commenting on this issue during his joint press conference with Akhilesh Yadav.
Had instead, asked Sanjay Singh to address the media.
