In a significant update related Mumbai hit & run case, the excise department has sealed Juhu’s Vice Global Tapas Bar, where accused Mihir Shah was partying.
Furthermore, they interrogated some staff and pub owner related to Mumbai BMW hit & run case.
According to officials, the pub’s 4 doors are sealed by excise department. Earlier, the accused Mihir Shah was partying in the pub with his four friends. After the party, shah came out the bar and as per CCTV footage, he had gone out with his friends in the car.
Later on July 7, Mihir’s father and sena’s leader Rajesh Shah along with another person Raj Rishi Rajendra Singh Vidawat were detained for not cooperating with police.
Meanwhile, 14 teams have been constituted to detain Mihir Shah, who has been absconding, ever since the car has hit the bike on Dr Annie Besant Road at Mumbai’s worli on sunday.
In addition, a lookout notice has been given for the accused. So that, the accused doesn’t leave the country.
Currently, the police are looking at all angles of the case. They are even looking at the possibility, that shah had alcohol before this hit & run incident.
