Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Haryana on September 26. The address will be conducted via the Namo App, and Saini urged both party members and the public to participate in large numbers.

Saini stated, “PM Modi will engage with BJP workers on September 26. The BJP’s double-engine government will continue working for Haryana’s development.”

‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’ launch

This announcement follows Prime Minister Modi’s launch of the ‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’ program, aimed at interacting with party workers, volunteers, and supporters from Haryana. The interactive session is scheduled for around 12:30 PM on September 26.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), PM Modi shared a link for supporters to submit questions and suggestions in advance of the event. He wrote, “Our workers, volunteers, and supporters have pledged to make the lotus bloom at every booth in the upcoming Haryana assembly elections.”

In preparation for the elections, Haryana’s Chief Electoral Officer, Pankaj Agarwal, revealed that special measures are being implemented to enhance voter turnout for the 15th Haryana Legislative Assembly General Election on October 5. Various Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) activities, including slogan writing, painting, street plays, and poster making, are being organized to encourage voter participation.

Voting for the 90-member Haryana Legislative Assembly will take place on October 5, with counting set for October 8, coinciding with the counting of votes in Jammu and Kashmir.
