Delhi Police team has recorded the statements of 11 people in connection with the Shraddha murder case, sources informed on Monday.

Shraddha’s friends Laxman Nadar, Rahul Rai, Godwin, Shivani Mhatre and her husband, Aftab-flat Shraddha’s owner Jayshree Patkar, Secretary of Unique Park, where Aftab’s family resided – Abdullah Khan, Ramdas Kevat, President of Unique Park, and Govind Yadav, the owner of Packers and Movers, who sent Aftab’s goods from Vasai to Chhatar In addition, a team from the Delhi Police led by SHO Mehrauli visited the Bidhuri Dental Clinic in the capital to get a second opinion from the dentist on the recently recovered jaw.

The doctor in attendance claimed that the police were attempting to connect the denture, which had undergone treatment, with the jaw that had been found in the Mehrauli forest.
The police claim that Shraddha received root canal therapy for her teeth in Mumbai.
The physician claimed that the Delhi Police team had carried the Mumbai investigation report with them as well.
“The police had come to us only to take a second opinion,” the doctor said.
The investigation is being done on whether Aftab had some other phone number that he was using.
“The police believe that Aftab used more than one number. The police got this information from the bills recovered by the police during the investigation of this case. The first bill was that of the movers and packers who got them shifted from Mumbai’s Vasai to Delhi. The second bill is from Tilak Electronic from where he bought the fridge. Aftab’s phone number is different on both bills. For this reason, the police suspected that Aftab was using more than 1 number,” the sources said.
The secretary of a housing society where the accused Aftab Amin Poonawalla and his family resided gave a statement to the Delhi police team earlier on Sunday as part of their ongoing investigation into the horrifying Shraddha murder case.
Official sources claim that the Delhi police team spent more than an hour on Sunday recording the statement of Abdullah Khan, the secretary of the Unique Park Housing Society in the Vasai neighbourhood of the Palghar district.

“The police questioned Khan for more than an hour, and recorded his statement in connection to the Shraddha murder case,” said official sources with Manikpur police.
In the statement, Khan informed the police that Aftab’s family had vacated their house about 20 days ago, and he has rented it out.
He also said that he has no idea about where Aftab’s family went, and also shared their contact number, which was switched off.

According to sources, Delhi police have contacted a large number of persons, including friends and family members of Shraddha and Aftab, in relation to the case and are recording their testimony.
According to them, the accused, Aftab, resided with Shraddha in three separate flats in different parts of Mumbai, including the Kenny Apartment, the Regal Apartment, and the White Hills Apartment.
The Shraddha Murder case, in which Walker’s live-in partner Aftab Amin Poonawala is accused of strangling her to death and chopping her body into 35 pieces before dumping it in the Chhatarpur neighbourhood of the nation’s capital, is being investigated by a team of Delhi police who have been camped out in the Vasai area of Maharashtra since Friday.
Several others have reportedly been called by Delhi police on the issue, including friends and family of Shraddha and Aftab, and their evidence is being recorded.
They claim that the accused, Aftab, lived with Shraddha in three distinct flats, including the Kenny Apartment, the Regal Apartment, and the White Hills Apartment, located in various areas of Mumbai.
A team from the Delhi police has been camped out in the Vasai region of Maharashtra since Friday to conduct an investigation into the Shraddha Murder case, in which Walker’s live-in partner Aftab Amin Poonawala is charged with killing her by strangling her and dismembering her body into 35 pieces before dumping it in the Chhatarpur neighbourhood of the nation’s capital.
