AAP MP Sanjay Singh alleges ED raids at premises of his close aides

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh on Wednesday alleged that Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting raids at the premises of his colleagues in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy case.The two colleagues of Sanjay Singh, on whose premises the raids are being conducted are Ajit Tyagi and Sarvesh Mishra.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh took to Twitter and posted a video where he made allegations against the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He claimed that he had exposed the alleged dictatorship and misuse of power by the ED in the excise policy case. Sanjay Singh stated that after the ED failed to find anything incriminating against him, they began conducting raids at the homes of his colleagues.

He criticized these raids as acts of dictatorship and accused the ED of acting on the orders of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sanjay Singh expressed his determination to continue his fight against what he perceives as the misuse of the ED’s authority. He mentioned that his colleagues Ajit Tyagi and Sarvesh Mishra had their houses raided.

Sanjay Singh announced his intention to approach the High Court and Supreme Court if necessary, to challenge the actions of the ED. He vowed not to back down and promised to expose what he believes to be the wrongful practices of the ED in front of the entire country. Additionally, he highlighted the plight of Sarvesh’s father, who is reportedly suffering from cancer, as he criticized the ED’s actions.
