New Delhi: Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu on Thursday said 20 new airport terminals across the country will get operational in the next six months.
Naidu said the upcoming facilities would include terminals at Bhogapuram, Hubballi, Dholera, Leh, Jodhpur, Agra, Varanasi, Goa, Vijayawada and Darbhanga, among other locations.
In a post on X, the minister said, “91 airports had been added across the country over the past 12 years, including in remote and geographically challenging regions.”
Naidu also said, “two mega aviation hubs, Navi Mumbai International Airport and Noida International Airport, have been operationalised in the last six months.”
