Mumbai: BMC headquarters on Tuesday received a email by an unknown person threatening to blow up the headquarters, Mumbai Police reported.
“Mumbai’s BMC headquarters received a threatening email. The unknown person threatened to blow up the headquarters. The police investigated the BMC headquarters but did not find anything suspicious. In this case, further investigation is underway,” Mumbai Police was quoted by ANI.

Previously on Tuesday more than 50 hospitals received bomb threats according to Mumbai Police. Several airports also received bomb threats causing multiple flight delays and heightened security measures.
