According to police, the culprit apprehended in connection with the death of an air hostess in Mumbai committed suicide by hanging himself in the jail at Andheri station on Thursday.
The deceased’s name, according to the police, is Vikram. On Monday, Vikram, a cleaning staff member at the housing society, was arrested for the murder of an air hostess inside her flat in Mumbai’s Powai.
Meanwhile, the body has been sent for a post-mortem examination, according to the police. More information is awaited.
