Motorola has introduced various smartphones across different price ranges this year and is now preparing to launch its upcoming mid-range model, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, in India. This new phone will succeed last year’s Motorola Edge 40 Neo and is expected to start at under Rs 25,000 in India.

A new report from 91Mobiles, in collaboration with X tipster Paras Guglani, reveals that the Motorola Edge 50 Neo will feature a 6.4-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz peak refresh rate. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and is expected to run Android 14 with the Hello UI skin. The device is anticipated to offer memory configurations of 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB.
For photography, the Edge 50 Neo may include a 50MP main camera, a 13MP secondary sensor, and a 10MP third sensor, along with a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. It is also expected to have a 4,310mAh battery with 68W charging support, which is smaller compared to the Edge 40 Neo’s 5,000mAh battery.
The leaked renders suggest the phone will feature a vegan leather back in four color options and will maintain the IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, similar to its predecessor. The report also indicates that the Edge 50 Neo will have dimensions of 71.2 mm x 154.1 mm x 8.1 mm and weigh 171 grams.
