‘Thor’ star Chris Hemsworth commemorated Mother’s Day with a heartfelt post dedicated to his wife, Elsa Pataky, and mother, Leonie, People said. Hemsworth shared a collection of photos showcasing his wife and mother.
He wrote in the caption, “Happy Mother’s Day to my two favourites!”

In the first image, Pataky, aged 47, smiled at the camera while holding a mug of hot chocolate with cream on her nose. Hemsworth’s second photo showed him kissing his mom’s head affectionately as they posed together outdoors, with his arm around her.
Additionally, the actor posted a black-and-white picture of himself as Thor alongside Pataky, who portrayed Wolf Woman in ‘Thor: Love and Thunder,’ both dressed in armored suits and holding hands.
The carousel post also featured a solo shot of Pataky smiling on a boat and Hemsworth posing with his mom while wearing a brightly colored string flower headpiece. Hemsworth has been married to Pataky since 2010, and together they have three children: daughter India Rose, aged 12, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan Hemsworth. His Mother’s Day tribute followed shortly after he and Pataky attended the 2024 Met Gala on Monday, May 6.
The actress, who co-hosted this year’s event, arrived with Pataky wearing coordinated cream and gold outfits inspired by the Gala’s theme, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”
People reported that the Marvel actor looked dashing in a cream Tom Ford suit at the gala, while Pataky exuded elegance in a shimmering gold semi-sheer dress, adorned with gold bangles on each wrist and a matching crown atop her head.
