The Supreme Court on Monday will hear a bail plea filed by former Delhi minister Satyendar Kumar Jain in a money laundering case. On December 14 last year the top Court had extended till January 8 the interim bail granted to former Delhi minister Satyendar Kumar Jain in a money laundering case. The Supreme court was hearing a petition filed by Jain challenging the April 6 order of the Delhi High Court dismissing his bail application in the case being probed by the ED. The top court had granted the former Delhi minister interim bail on medical grounds for six weeks on May 26, and it has been extended from time
to time.
