A lawsuit has been filed against Mahmoud Ammar, claiming that he violently assaulted his girlfriend, Maya Willow Sias, and forced her into a “sex slave” situation. Sias, who is 15 years younger than Ammar, alleges that he inflicted serious injuries, including damage to her eye socket. The $10 million lawsuit details a troubling pattern of abuse and manipulation, accusing Ammar of exploiting his position as a medical professional to harm Sias.

Maya Willow Sias, a model from the US, has claimed that Ammar was a drug-addicted sex offender with a history of violent behavior towards women. It is alleged that he tried to conceal his abuse by taking Sias to his medical spa, Alinea, where he injected filler into her swollen eye without anesthesia or pain relief. This procedure was reportedly intended to hide the bruises and injuries inflicted by Ammar, according to Ndtv World.

Their relationship began in April 2023 on a yacht in Miami, where Ammar, who was already in another relationship, proposed a threesome. Although Sias declined, she found him charming, and they continued to communicate. Later, during a modeling trip to New York City, Ammar dazzled her with a romantic date, expensive gifts, and trips to Dubai and Miami. However, their relationship soon took a dark turn. Sias alleged that Ammar often used ketamine and other synthetic drugs, becoming increasingly aggressive. Eventually, he offered to move her belongings from North Carolina to his home on Fifth Avenue.

The lawsuit describes a horrific night when Sias was beaten unconscious by Ammar after she confronted him about partying with prostitutes. The suit states that Mahmoud violently attacked her, leaving her with a swollen eye and severe bruises, and forced her to take ketamine to maintain her “obedience.” He also prescribed antidepressants to exert further control over her.

Ammar allegedly compelled Sias to engage in non-consensual sexual acts with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her. He forced Sias to remain in his apartment, tracking her movements via her phone and threatening her with severe consequences if she tried to leave. Sias ultimately escaped when she traveled to California for work, never returning and leaving her belongings behind. Additionally, Ammar’s ex-wife has accused him of physical abuse in an ongoing lawsuit from 2014.
