The Budget for FY 2024-25 stands at Rs. 6513.62 Crores, marking a noteworthy increase of Rs. 426.52 Crores (7.01%) compared to the previous fiscal year’s estimates. This financial allocation comprises Revenue of Rs. 5858.62 Crores and Capital of Rs. 655.00 Crores.
Key sectors receiving substantial allocations include Energy (Rs. 1093.70 Cr.), Education (Rs. 1031.98 Cr.), Housing and Urban Development (Rs. 875.54 Cr.), Police (Rs. 823.21 Cr.), Health (Rs. 804.77 Cr.), and Transport (Rs. 455.80 Cr.). Additionally, various other sectors will benefit from an allocation of Rs. 1428.62 Crores.
