Rajasthan Forest and Environment Minister Sanjay Sharma met Union Forest and Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav on Wednesday and proposed to build a ropeway or road from Nahar Sati Mata Siliberi to Pandupol Hanuman Temple in Sariska.
In addition, he urged for the swift commencement of the elevated road construction in Sariska and the introduction of cheetahs in Mukundra and Shahgarh Jaisalmer.
During the meeting held at Paryavaran Bhawan, New Delhi, Sharma informed the Union Minister that the number of tourists will increase if a ropeway is built from Nahar Sati Mata Silibero to Pandupol Hanuman Temple in Sariska or a path of 9 kilometres along the walls is built. With this, their transportation will become easier.
During the meeting, Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav, at the request of Sharma, held talks with the Director of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Director General of the Forest Department and the Chief of National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), S.P. Yadav to take appropriate action.
