NO STUDY LEAVE ALLOWED FOR A DELHI DOCTOR TO PURSUE MD PAEDIATRICS

New Delhi: Delhi High Court has refused to interfere with the Delhi government’s decision on refusal of granting study leave to pursue for Post-grade MD /MS course in Paediatrics from PGI Chandigarh. A single-bench of Justice V. Kameswar Rao made the observations while hearing the plea filed by the petitioner who is a doctor seeking the direction against the respondent to issue the relieving order.
