The employees of the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh reaffirmed their commitment to vote fearlessly and uninfluenced in every election on the occasion of the 14th National Voters’ Day.
The theme for this year, “Nothing Like Voting, I Vote For Sure,” is a continuation from the previous year. Gurinder Singh Sodhi, Joint Commissioner of MCC, administered the oath to the employees, emphasizing their role as citizens of India with unwavering faith in democracy.

The pledge included upholding democratic traditions, ensuring the dignity of free, fair, and peaceful elections, and voting without influence from factors like religion, race, caste, community, language, or any inducement.
