In addition to Mansa, District Magistrate Nirmal Osepachan has imposed a complete ban under Section 144 of the CRPC 1973 on the installation of obscene and indecent posters on government and non-government buildings and locations within the boundaries of Mansa district. He issued orders saying that often, obscene and indecent posters are put up on government and non-government buildings, places, cinemas, and video halls in the district. Apart from affecting the general public, these posters also have a negative impact on the behavior of young boys and girls. It is very necessary to prevent the negative effects caused by these obscene posters.

The additional district magistrate, while imposing Section 144 in Mansa, stated that a ban has been imposed on conducting processions, organizing rallies, giving speeches through loudspeakers, and staging sit-ins within 100 meters of the district administrative complex and court premises.

Additionally, a ban has been imposed on gatherings of 5 or more individuals. A complete ban has been imposed on carrying lethal weapons such as knives, sharp-edged weapons, axes, explosive materials, and other deadly weapons in public places.

He stated that the orders related to gatherings of 5 or more individuals will not apply to security personnel, police personnel on duty, government ceremonies, weddings, religious and religious ceremonies, and children studying in schools and colleges. These orders will remain in effect until March 31, 2024.
