Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 112th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ today, urging citizens to support the athletes representing India at the Paris Olympics. India has sent a contingent of 117 athletes across 16 sports, aiming to showcase its growing prowess on the global stage. This was his second address following the Lok Sabha Elections and the first after presenting the Union Budget for 2024-25.

PM Modi said, “In the entire world, Paris Olympic is all over there at this point of time. Our players have the opportunity to let our tricolour at the world level, they have this opportunity to do something for the country. You all should encourage them. Cheer For Bharat.”

Union Minister and BJP chief JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP Chief Ministers, and Deputy Chief Ministers listened to PM Modi’s monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at BJP headquarters in Delhi.

The last episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ aired on June 30, 2024. It was PM Narendra Modi’s first address to the nation since February 2024, due to delays caused by the Lok Sabha Elections.
