In the broad daylight, a man stabbed a woman in the Adarsh Nagar area on Monday, and later the accused was arrested by the Delhi Police. The arrested man has been identified as Sukhvinder Singh and stabbed the girl 3-4 times. Meanwhile, the accused and the woman were friends and in the hospital woman is stable.
