A 29-year-old newly married man from Thane district, Maharashtra, sustained serious injuries after his father-in-law allegedly threw acid at him following a disagreement over their honeymoon destination. The incident occurred on Wednesday night, and the victim, Ibad Atik Falke, is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
According to police officials, the accused, Jaki Gulam Murtaza Khotal, 65, is currently at large.
