Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, along with his two deputies Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, and the entire state cabinet, is set to make a visit to the Ram temple in Ayodhya during the first week of February, according to a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader on Wednesday.
While the exact date is yet to be finalized, the visit is anticipated to take place around February 5, as per the BJP leader who preferred to remain anonymous. All 29 ministers, including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, are expected to partake in the temple visit for darshan.
Eknath Shinde had initially received a formal invitation for the Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22. However, he has opted to defer the visit to February and extended the invitation to his entire cabinet and deputy chief ministers to join him on this significant occasion.
