As the vote counting continues, many are curious about where to find accurate data on the polls. Here’s a simple tip on accessing election results from the ECI website.

But before that, for those unversed, the counting of votes started from 8 am onwards, and counting of votes for state legislative assemblies of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha is also ongoing.

Where To Find It?

The Election Commission of India is providing live updates and results on its official website results.eci.gov.in.

In addition, the voter helpline App is also available for ongoing counting updates.

But if you want to stick with basic information, Major news channels and live stream on YouTube channel and social media platforms are sufficient.

How To Access the Results from ECI Website

But if want to access real-time updates, these are the steps to be followed: –

  1.  Go to Official Website of ECI (Election Commission of India) at Election Commission of India (eci.gov.in)
  2. Then, click on General Election Results option at the website
  3. Select your state from available options to witness constituency-wise results.
  4. Last, witness the status of trailing & leading candidates or constituency wise winners, which will be shown on screen once the results are out.
